Off course the blog title is a big wink to the book ‘Learning to Fly’ by Collison and Parcell [l2f site], but really, AAR applied to ‘learning to fly’ without the parachute back-up might be a dead men’s discussion.
Is not ‘learning to fly’ more like ‘learn on the fly’; studied, prepared and simulated or not?
And are not society / organizations / networks that much casino [Castells] that the AAR-ed situation will probably not emerge again anyway?
